Wedding Affair

The Bollywood troupe were present at the wedding reception of Abhinav and Ashima Shukla.

Karisma was clad up in pale gold anarkali for the wedding. While she looked beautiful, I wish she went for a maroon clutch and earrings instead of gold. It just felt a bit flat with the match-matchy accessories.

Rekha was in her signature silk saree. She went with olive and pink combination and topped it off with gold kanjivaram, clutch and red lips. Elegant as always.

Madhuri went for a white Anju Modi lehenga. While the skirt and dupatta was beautiful, the satin bustier was a turn-off. The jewelry didn't help either.

Possibly my favorite look rom the wedding was Preity Zinta's, who showed up in a white and green anarkali with light grey bust and paired with gold jewelries. Simple and beautiful.

Vivek paired an interesting two tone grey jacket over white shirt, blue jeans and brown shows. I like the look on him.

Raj Kundra was in a black suit and white shirt and wife, Shilpa matched him with a white outfit, paired with green and gold jewelries and tan Chanel bag. She looked lovely.

While Boney Kapoor went with a classic white shirt and black suit, wife, Sridevi opted for a Manav Gangwani yellow lace saree for the wedding. Not a fan of the saree at all, seemed quite outdated. I do like the necklace though.

Jackky seemed to be hazed about the fact that he was attending a wedding when he wore acid washed jeans paired with half tucked shirt, sneakers and a blue sports jacket. Ridiculous!

Sohail seemed to have used the wedding as a media opportunity to promote his brothers' movie 'Dabangg'. Not one bit wedding appropriate!

Way  to make a nice saree look bad. The awful draping wasn't enough that Ameesha had to add the tacky off-shoulder blouse to it. A big NO!
