Who Wore It Better?

A Hollywood star and a Bollywood star in the same Prabal Gurung. No doubt, both looks sunning, but who topped the rank. Zoe styled he dress with a sleek bun and dramatic eye make up, while Deepika was with her signature puffed up ponytail and red lips. Who do you think looked the best? For me it goes to Deepika, just looked more sensuous with her curves.

Who Wore It Better?

Two lovely ladies, both in the same Shehla K saree.
Priyank wore it to a recently held award show, then to Race 2 premiere aand Sonam wore it earlier at the lauch of Shehla K store. While Priyanka wore it with red lips and loose waves, Sonam kept her look demure in a pinkish make up and an updo. For me, this one goes to Sonam. What do you guys think?

Race 2 Premiere

Bashing is sometimes more fun than praising ;), so lets start off with the worst look, worn with pride by Ms. Ameesha Patel.
Don't really know what she was thinking when she decided to put on this mess of an ensemble for her own movie premiere. Style intervention urgently needed!

Ameesha Patel

Also doing shorts for th premiere was Jacqueline, but she did it right by pairing a pair of gold embellished shorts and a black blazer with gold shoulder applique. She finished it with olive heels and blue clutch. Very nice, I like!

Jacqueline Fernandez

Priyanka may look a bit too dressed up for the premiere, wearing a Shehla K saree, but that's because she came directly from an award show. Nevertheless, the saree was lovely, but I wish her hair was up in a ponytail instead.

Priyanka Chopra in Shehla K

The lady of the night was in a red Victoria Beckham. Completing the look was her signature puffed up ponytail, red lips and off white peep toe pumps. Not quite feeling the shoes, but otherwise, yet another lovely look from Deepika.

Deepika Padukone in Victoria Beckham

Saif kept it casual in a pair of jeans and striped t-shirt. Not much to comment on here.

Saif Ali Khan

Bipasha looked polished in a white mini and navy blazer, which she finished with tan pumps and a matching bag. I like!

Bipasha Basu

Aditi was a tad bit overdressed for the event in a shimmering black number, with chiffon cut-outs. She looked sweet though with her hair up in a ponytail and a pair of studs.

Aditi Rao Hydari

Ileana did a pair white palazzo pants justice, pairing them with a blue tank and a white structured cardigan. The only thing which looked off to me was the tan footwear.

Ileana D'Cruz

Sophie made a yellow blazer paired over leather leggings and a printed tee. A chained tote, black heels and pink heels completed her look. Love it!

Sophie Chaudry

Yami looked sweet in a pair of red denims and a cream satin cowl neck top. She finished it a pair of brown suede heels.

Yami Gautam

John was casual in a pair of jeans and blue shirt, and in addition sporting a thick beard for his next movie

Who Wore it Better?

Rani was seen at a recent event wearing a Sabyasachi lehenga. Rani in Sabyasachi is the opposite of  a surprise but the twist is the same lehenga has been seen previously on Deepika in a music video for Cocktail. The question is who wore it better? Although both ladies look lovely, I gotta give this one to Deepika. The styling seemed younger and fresher on her. What do you guys think?

58th Idea Filmfare Awards 2013

Amrita Rao brought a new designer name to the Filmfare red carpet. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good way to do it. The frumpy dress, the odd floral applique, the matador-esque jacket and the overdone make-up- everything was a NO1 The jacket and dress idea could've done wonders if done rightly. Keywoword: RIGHTLY

Anushka was in high neck, low back Victoria Beckham. She styled it with dramatic eye liner stroje, red lips and bouffant updo Love the whole look- the do, the canary color and the make up. Gorgeous!

Anuushka Sharma in Victoria Beckham

Ranveer kept it classic with a black suit with white shirt and skinny tie. He looked good, minus the   mustache and beard.

Ranveer Singh

The ever elegant Dia Mirza opted for a white Gaurav Gupta anarkali, Absolutely love it on her, especially the styling with gold clutch and drop earrings.

Chitrangada impressed in a Anand Kabra saree. Love the saree, love the hair, love the jewelry, just a little problem with the overload of eye make-up. Otherwise, love love love.

Deepika was the attention grabber of the night in a peek-a-boo Prabal Gurung dress. What made it even hotter was the front slit. She finished it off with a high ponytail and vermillion lips.

Deepika Padukone in Prabal Gurung

Ileana did the flapper look in Cavalli. While I wish she went with a 20's do and make-up as well, she looked good nevertheless.

Ileana D'Cruz in Roberto Cavalli

Neha barely fail on the fashion front, but this unfortunately was a fail. While the gown was very basic Victoria Beckham, the hair accessory ruined the look.

Neha Dhupia in Victoria Beckham

Raveena picked a garish black and green saree. The work looked very outdated and the hair and make-up didn't help either. Hope she bring it back soon.

Raveena Tandon

Priyanka was in Armani for the event. Love the color, but flashed by the cameras, the fabric looked cheap and overly lustered. However, the styling was nice with side swept hair and deep berry lips, and a pair of drop earrings.

Priyanka Chopra in Armani Prive

Siddharth was in a classic fitted black tie essential, a black tux. He looked dapper!

Siddharth Malhotra

Arjun also kept it classic in a black tux. This look could've been bette if only the tux was fitted more perfectly at the waist. Maybe he should take pointers from Siddharth Malhotra.

Arjun Kapoor

Sonal was in a black Annu and Amrit dress, which reminds me of a Gaurav Gupta design worn by by Deepika Padukone at a GQ event. Nevertheless, she looked beautiful, styled with a pair of studs, a sleek updo and red lips.

Sonal Chauhan in Annu and Amrit

Tanisha had a style improvement with a Payal Singhal. Maybe her sister's stylist have started working on her too.

Tanisha Mukherjee in Payal Singhal

Newlyweds Siddhart Roy Kapur and Vidya Balan. Vidya was again in Sabyasachi. Never a fan of checkered saree. She look good neck up though.

Yami chose a lehenga inspired look from Tarun Tahiliani< While the top was nice, wasn't too crazy about the skirt part. Her jewelry, hair and make-up was lovely though.

Yami Gautam in Tarun Tahiliani

Madhuri wowed in a navy Alberto Makali gown. She was a class apart. Only thing was that her hair looked outdated.

Shruti was in a corseted Rakesh Agarwal gown. While the gown and hair were perfect, she went a bit too far with her  and perhaps a deep berry lips would go better with the dress.

Alia looked uncomfortable in her Manish Malhotra lehenga. While the color of the ensemble is gorgeous but the design seemed to heavy for the petite actress. And on top of it, her breasts seemed squeezed in her blouse.

Alia Bhatt in Manish Malhotra

A wrinkled dress is simply a NO at the red carpet. Parineeti was in a black Rajat Tangri dress. Unfortunately, it was wrinkled up and the design wasn't enough to save the look either. She complete it with side swept hair an red lips.

Parineeti Chopra in Rajat Tangri

Huma found herself in a not-so-flattering Varun Bahl gown. The most intolerable part was the red embroidery at the cuff. She looked good neck-up though.

Huma Qureshi in Varun Bahl

Seems like they didn't just share a debut but also sense of style. A look-alike of a maroon velvet jacket Siddharth Malhotra was seen in at the Marrakech Film Festival was seen on Varun Dhawan at the Filmfare. He carried it off well.

Varun Dhawan

A plunging neckline orange Alberta Ferretti gown had Sridevi looking like a vision. She was styled with oversized clutch, a ring and a cuff, and the cutest Judith Leiber gift box minaudiere.

Sridevi in Alberta Ferretti

Shahana was in an all black Sabyasachi lehenga saree. More than the outfit, I'm loving the hair. She finished it out with gold earrings and ring and a touch of red lips.

Shahana Goswami in Sabyasachi

Rabir was dapper in a three piece suit. What made it stand out was the chain link of the jacket. Cool, classy and stylish!

Ranbir Kapoor

Aditi was in Gaurav Gupta. Although she looked sweet, this is possibly the least impressed I've been with a Gaurav Gupta design on the red carpet.

Aditi Rao Hydari in Gaurav Gupta

Minnisha opted for a Krishna Mehta ensemble consisting of palazzo pants, a crop jacket and dupatta The dupatta pinned to the front of the jacket wasn't really my favorite part, but I would say that this is the one of the best looks she has ever put out. The hair could've been differently though to avoid looking aged. She completed her look with Estaa jewelry.

Celebrity Cricket League Curtain Raiser

Kajal was in a gold dress for the event. Not quite impressed, but this is an improvement for Kajal who usually looks washed out on her appearances.

Kajal Aggarwal

With everyone in western, Sridevi was a breath of fresh air in a grey Manish Malhotra anarkali. From the usually bright colored Manish Malhotra anarkalis we see on the red carpet, this grey one made for a good sombre change.
Accompanying her were daughters, Khushi and Jhanvi. Loving Jhanvi's look with the black jumpsuit paired with oversized green Bottega Venetta clutch and grey pumps. (She has really taken after her mother, don't you guys think?;))

Sridevi (in Manish Malhotra) with daughters Khushi and Jhanvi

Genelia looked nice in a Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna asymmetrical dress. She finished it out with black Loubs, Viange earrings and Gucci clutch. Love the side swept hair going with the look.

Genelia D'Souza in Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna

Bipasha was in a strapless green studded mini. I'm never a fan of anything too mini on the red carpet but if anyone could pull it off, its Bips.

Bipasha Basu

Chitrangada was picture of elegance in a white Dior gown. She paired the dress with gold earrings and clutch. Beautiful!

Chitrangada Singh in Dior

Raima was in a pink Halston Heritage for the event. Not a fan of the dress at all. She finished it out with gold ankle strap heels.

Raima Sen in Halston Heritage

Shruti was in a yellow mini and looking radiant in it. Love the color on her. She finished out her look with bright red lips and soft curls. Beautiful!

Shruti Hassan

No doubt Katrina looked angelic in her Marchesa gown and soft curly do, but she has got to change it up!

Katrina Kaif in Marchesa

Salman was in a black suit and blue shirt. Whoever has been styling him these days, Kudos!

Salman Khan

Kangana was saucy in a black Burberry trench coat, stockings and heels. To top it off was deep red lips, leather gloves, and beige bag. While I love the look, it was worn for the wrong event I'm afraid.
